Cecilia – Office / Customer Support
Cecilia helps keep Happy Cowboy Plumbing running smoothly from the office and is often one of the first people customers speak with. She helps coordinate scheduling, communication, and the details that keep each job moving, giving customers the personal service of working directly with a family-owned company.
